  1. I saw that at the Onion. Laughed my butt off – I have never been able to figure out how a 5 ton truck parked 3 blocks away in a motor pool can be three hours late in picking up a platoon of Marines, not just once but every single time, yet Wal-Mart can move product all over the world and know where it is and when it will be delivered to the instant.

  2. Jenn, I don’t know either. We had the same problem in the Army quite often. And in all my experience, the services were the most efficient parts of government.

    Hey, I’ve got an idea, let’s turn the whole health care industry over to them!
