I just finished the book, “3 Para” by Patrick Bishop yesterday, detailing the 3rd Bn, Parachute Regiment, British Army during their 2006 deyployment to Afghanistan. A large portion of the book detailed their efforts at Sangin. Lo and behold, here is the video. NSFW due to the Eminem soundtrack.
