http://movies.groups.yahoo.com/group/warflicks/ is another group I keep up on posting what war films are going to DVD. Stripes is also included under comedy/war section.
Stripes, is bound to become a classic, with the late John Candy. I was surprised one poster mentioned “Odd Angry Shot,” a forgotten well done Austrialian war film on DVD in Region 4 only presently.
